BS Initiative Ltd undertakes commercial acquisition surveys throughout the country.

Commercial surveys are carried out on behalf of commercial investors and large institutions. We undertake surveys on properties ranging from large warehouse units to listed hospital buildings.

We seek to advise of the condition and structural adequacy of the premises and detail necessary remedial works, often allowing the purchase price to be downgraded where significant disrepair is identified.
